AVeryChristmasStudentBriefing: Resolution

As the band are so visually unique I thought of doing it in there band image with the glam rock look. However I was finding this difficult to translate into typography and I wasn't sure it would be clear unless people knew the band or the video, which I didn't before I researched it. Therefore I decided to go with a more christmassy approach using the copy for the card.

I decided I was going to keep it simple and create the imagery in the style of type and colour as I wasn't able to use imagery. The stitch atheistic is highly connected to christmas so I searched and found a typeface that was created from cross stitch to imitate the material.

I struggled with the copy to create a balance and flow in it's reading.

 I tried lower and upper case in various ways. I felt it needed decoration around it like cross stitch has so I added a border and extra stitching around the text.

I sent the requested black high res tiff and colour JPEG to Lizzie:
